Visit to the Dicastery by students from the Favre Center and the Pontifical Salesian University
On 14 May 2024 two groups of students, accompanied by their professors, visited the Dicastery. The first group, from the Favre Center of the Pontifical Gregorian University accompanied by Professor Adelson Araújo dos Santos, and the second, from the Pontifical Salesian University’s Vocation Pastoral Course, accompanied by Professor Mario Óscar Llanos, participated in meetings focused on priestly formation and consecrated life.
The Favre Center is dedicated to developing skills in formators for the discernment and accompaniment of future priests and those in consecrated life. Likewise, students at the Salesian Pontifical University, explore insights into vocation pedagogy-pastoral ministry.
These visits are part of the Dicastery’s mission to support ecclesial formation and to actively contribute to the growth of a Church capable of meeting contemporary challenges related to consecrated life.
The meetings allowed for an enriching exchange of ideas and further strengthened the collaboration between pontifical educational institutions and the Roman Curia, confirming the Dicastery's commitment to this area of formation.
