Appointment of two office heads in the Dicastery for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life

With gratitude and a spirit of ecclesial communion, we announce that last October 14, the Holy Father appointed Father Krzysztof Gierat, C.M.F. and Father Vincenzo Mancusi, O.F.M. Cap. as office heads of our Dicastery. These appointments are part of the fundamental mission of the Dicastery, which works at the service of the universal Church to support, accompany and promote consecrated life, the beating heart of evangelization.

Reverend Father Krzysztof Gierat, C.M.F., former Official of the same Dicastery is a member of the Congregation of Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of Mary. His long experience and deep sense of ecclesial service will be of great value for the promotion of creative fidelity and the evangelizing mission of communities of consecrated life.

Reverend Father Vincenzo Mancusi, O.F.M. Cap., has served for many years as an Official of the Dicastery. His long journey in consecrated life, marked by humility and pastoral closeness, represents a precious gift for the accompaniment of consecrated realities throughout the world.

We welcome these appointments with joy and gratitude, entrusting this ministry to the Lord and praying that, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, they may bear abundant fruit for the good of the Church and communities of consecrated life.
